As the vote counting for the Maharashtra Elections 2024 came to an end. Zeeshan Siddique lost the Bandra East assembly election seat to Shiv Sena UBT's Varun Sardesai, according to ECI data.

Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Zeeshan Siddique, the son of late politician Baba Siddique, is trailing from Vandre East in Mumbai as votes are being counted for the Maharashtra assembly elections.

Zeeshan, son of the late politician Baba Siddique, joined the Ajit Pawar-led NCP faction last month, shortly after the tragic death of his father, allegedly orchestrated by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Zeeshan Siddique lost the Bandra East seat to Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate Varun Sardesai, who won with 57,708 votes.

The Samajwadi Party’s Abu Asim Azmi won the election from the Mankhurd Shivaji Nagar constituency while the Uddhav Sena candidate won from Bandra East.
