Nov 15, 2015 · I triggered the English Canada speech pack download from the Options button on the English Canada language. .... and now I have another speech choice: English (United States).

I am unable to download speech and Keyboard language packs. Its says " Queued " for speech and " preparing to download " for keyboard. As Speech is not being downloaded I am not able to use cortana.
