What is a data trust? - The ODI
Jul 10, 2018 · A data trust provides independent, fiduciary stewardship of data. Data trusts are an approach to looking after and making decisions about data in a similar way that trusts have been used to look after and make decisions about other forms of asset in the past, such as land trusts that steward land on behalf of local communities.
Secondary use of a health data
This report builds on the ODI’s 2021 report on the secondary use of health data, which contained analysis for the European Commission (EC) and for 29 countries in the European region: 25 EU member states, and Israel, Norway, Switzerland, and the UK.
