WEBScope campaigns relentlessly to create a fairer society for disabled people and their families. 1 in 4 people in the UK are disabled. That’s 16 million of us. We are a force to be reckoned with, and we want our potential to be recognised. We need a transformation in attitudes. We must address the extra costs we face.

WEBOur membership scheme is open to anyone 18 years old or over, who: shares our vision, mission and values. agrees to our members code of conduct. Our members include disabled people, parents and carers, and disability allies.

WEB1952: birth. Three parents and a social worker Jean Garwood met to form our charity. Ian Dawson-Shepherd, Eric Hodgson and Alex Moira wanted their children with cerebral palsy to have equal access to education..
