Once the footer blocks are laid, we core fill them with concrete for strength and stability. Then, the foundation area is filled with gravel to create a solid, level base for the slab. After that, plumbing lines are installed, followed by prep work for the slab — including vapor barrier, rebar, and form setup. Before the concrete is poured, we apply termite treatment to protect the
