Evening Primrose seeds are both easy to harvest and abundant. They are packed with lots of nutrition and can be used in crackers, breads or try in place of poppyseeds in a lemon poppy seed muffin. I may be featuring these in one of my foraged seasonings available for the holidays.. stay tuned for that! 😉 Some notes: -Seeds will be available all winter though you can capture a higher volume if you harvest sooner.
