Isaias was forecast to become a hurricane Monday as it neared landfall in the Carolinas after bands of heavy rain from the tropical storm lashed Florida's east coast. The track of Hurricane Isaias isn't necessarily a bad track for the Philadelphia area. I don't think there's any way we'll be able to avoid the heavy rain at this point, and there will likely be some flooding issues out there on Tuesday.
